Week 6's COVID-19 Report

Week 6:

The first question my Week 6 Report will answer is Do we have Enough Testing to say that we have passed the peak and New Cases are decreasing? To answer, one can look at the Week4, Week5, and Week6 (through Thursday) numbers where the results for all three periods was 58-60k tests. Here, except for the Panhandle, it does look like the numbers are decreasing. However, by waiting just two more days, over which an additional 30k tests were run - more tests identified more new cases and decreases were in fact not achieved.
