The Covid Tracking Data Trail contains my weekly Covid 19 Reports that were posted on fb (starting on the third weekend of March and going out for 70 weeks), more recent reports, recent articles on pertinent topics, and a collection of my favorite "Read This!" articles.

I am not an epidemiologist.  Instead, I spent 30+ years doing Process Development work for companies such as Solutia (currently Ascend), GE Gasification, and Amoco Chemical.  I have a PhD in Chemical Engineering and enjoy working with data - whether it involves performing Plant Tests, Pilot Plant Work, or pulling in results published in the literature.  Recently, I volunteered with The Covid Tracking Project and specialized in Texas Data.  The state faired well when compared to other states.  Since the Atlantic Magazine shut CTP down, I have resumed my individual reporting with the chief objective:  to communicate Texas's Covid Status in terms of Geographic Regions rather than on a city by city basis or county by county comparison.  The latter two are cumbersome and do not represent the reality of Texans who Travel:  for work, recreation, or family.  We cover a lot of ground and in the process interact with others on a larger scale.  Your average reader does not have the bandwidth to perform these calculations on their own; instead, I do the work and post it here.
