This post is the first in weekly postings of my take on Texas DSHS (Dept. of State Health Services) Data. I am an engineer by trade and have a strong background in Data Science. I am not an employee of DSHS or the State of Texas. Texas has 250 counties, more than any other state. In order to meaningfully evaluate the data, I have grouped counties according to location.
